Q. How can I delete my account?
A. Send email request entitled "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to info@toppsfootball.co.uk, your account will then be deleted within 48 hours.

Q. How can I find out my current point/position?

Q. I have accidently chosen a Pro 11 Player. How do I reset the option and reclaim the funds?
A. You can not reset Pro 11 Player or receive refunds for previously picked players

Q. Why do I have to chose Sub if the points are not taken into consideration?
A. A match day football squad is comprised of a minimum of 14 players. A full squad is required for budget purposes.

Q. How often can you change players?
A. You can reset and change your team as many times as you like. Teams are locked in at 12pm (midday) Saturday for the coming week, and any changes you make after 12pm Saturday will not affect the week's games.

Q. Can I exchange a duplicated Pro 11 card?
A. No - you need to choose your Pro 11 player on a weekly basis so as to ensure that you get the card that you require.

Q. Will the Pro 11 cards be available to purchase?
A. Sorry but the Pro 11 cards can only be won as part of the gaming feature.

Q. How do I know if I won a Pro 11 card?
A. Go to the leader board and "Pro 11" will show after your team name as some teams will play without making a hotpick selection

Q. How do I know if I have won a Pro 11 card?
A. Visit the updated game week Weekly Leaderboard, where all "Pro 11" winners are shown. Remember you can't win if you haven't selected your game week hot pick.

Q. How long to allow for delivery?
A. Please allow up to 28 days for processing and delivery although we do aim to deliver within 10 working days.

Q. Are the cards available outside the UK?
A. Sorry but this is only available for residents of the UK and Eire as per our terms and conditions.
